ZeroScanX Terms of Service

Purpose of the service

ZeroScanX helps users capture contact information, review and correct it, select records for validation, understand available contact-quality evidence, save completed leads, and prepare follow-up actions.

Your responsibilities

You must use ZeroScanX lawfully and only with information you are permitted to process. You are responsible for reviewing captured information and deciding whether and how to contact a lead. A contact-quality result does not establish permission to call, text, or email someone, and does not replace your obligations under applicable privacy and marketing laws.

Credits and validation charges

Validation uses 1 Credit per selected eligible lead. The total is shown before confirmation. Credits may be complimentary or purchased through the applicable native App Store or Google Play purchase flow where available. ZeroScanX does not direct mobile Credit purchases to external payment links.

Validation limitations

ZeroScanX evaluates contact information and available evidence. Results are informational quality signals and do not guarantee identity, ownership, buyer intent, deliverability, a response, a sale, or a fraud determination.

Data handling and privacy

Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit information unless you have permission to use it.

Prohibited use

Do not use ZeroScanX to harass, deceive, violate privacy rights, submit unlawful content, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer protected technology, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

Branding and intellectual property

ZeroScanX branding, original website content, software, and designs are owned by or licensed to LeadCypher Inc. Viewing this website does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce or resell the product. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Availability and changes

Features and evidence availability may vary. LeadCypher Inc. may maintain, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or product reasons.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or business outcomes. LeadCypher Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or third-party decisions based on ZeroScanX results.

Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when these terms are violated or continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk. Users can delete their account in the app at Profile → Settings → Account Management → Delete Account or follow the public account-deletion page.

The website and your mobile agreement

This website provides product and service information; it does not create an account or sell Credits. Illustrations and sample screens are examples, not endorsements or guarantees of results. App availability, features, and purchase options depend on the version and region offered.

The mobile app presents versioned Terms of Service and Privacy Policy information and records an explicit agreement to the Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy. This website update does not record agreement on behalf of existing users or retroactively replace a recorded mobile agreement. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
